Since I founded Earthbound Services over twenty years ago, I have had a very hands-on approach to the business. My team and I have built a considerable skill base and gained a wealth of experience. As the business has grown we have consistently invested in plant and staff training in order to offer clients a comprehensive range of services from one point of contract. Offering a range of services in-house undoubtedly simplifies project management and helps projects to keep on schedule.
Getting the job done is an important part of all contracts but customer service is also an important part of Earthbound Services’ offering and I personally oversee every contract. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and work hard to understand the objectives and needs of our customers. All our customers are concerned about health and safety (in which we have an excellent record) but some have more specific requirements relating to the type of organisation they are, for example sports clubs require work to be carried out to very specific timings, councils need to ensure that operatives will be courteous and considerate to the public, schools require reassurance that pupil’s safety will be paramount. I believe that our attention to these additional requirements, our project management and the quality of our work has differentiated us from our competitors and has enabled us to build a diverse and loyal customer base making us one of the leading external works contractors in the South East. We take pride in every contract we undertake.
